| Backups: We keep backups of all your custom design orders in the event you loose or damage one of your designs. In most cases we get duplicates shipped the same day you call. No custom design you order is ever sold to someone else. |
| Time: Runsheets: An instruction list and color printout is shipped with all custom designs. This will help you save time from testing to actual production. |
| Questions: We will answer any questions you may have, whether it is about your design or just about embroidery in general. |
| Sources: Monogram Magic has a complete listing of sources for just about anything regarding the embroidery industry. Just give us a call. |
| Security: Your designs are never given or sold to anyone else. You are the only one who has the embroidery design number and that is the only way we keep them on file. If you know we digitized a design for someone else, please Do Not ask for the design, it is not for sale. We will be happy to digitize yours according to your instructions. |
| Freebies: We do offer our customers free designs from time to time. |
